This Trilogy traces a journey through strength, transformation, and freedom. Each painting stands on its own, yet together they form a cycle of liberation expressed through the feminine form.
Athena embodies strength carried with softness. Emerging from shadow and movement, she reflects the quiet resilience and wisdom that come from standing in truth.
Persephone rises with arms lifted, a figure of renewal and becoming. She captures the threshold between shadow and light, speaking to the cycles of change and the courage to emerge anew.
Celestia opens into radiance, her form expansive and unbound. She honours the freedom of simply being, inviting the viewer into a sense of grace, openness, and liberation.
The Trilogy celebrates the body as sacred—a language beyond words that carries stories of resilience, change, and release. Together, these works are an exploration of what it means to step out of expectation and into authenticity, not as a fixed destination but as a living, evolving journey.
(I have chosen to place Athena first, Persephone to the right, and Celestia at the centre. As the culmination of the journey, Celestia holds the middle position, her presence both expansive and distinct. She is also painted on a canvas slightly different in size—around an inch larger or smaller—emphasising her role as the luminous heart of the series.)
