These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, collectors, customers, and contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you.
1. ELIGIBILITY

2. ORIGINAL ARTWORK & COMMISSIONS
Roberta Heslop Art offers original, one-of-a-kind artwork and limited commissions. Each piece is created with intention and authenticity. We reserve the right to decline commission requests at our discretion.
3. SALES & PAYMENT
All artwork is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required at checkout. We do not offer payment plans. Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change without notice.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. All artwork is securely packaged and fully insured. Original works are typically dispatched within 5 business days. Delivery timelines vary depending on location and carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.
5. RETURNS & DAMAGES
Original artworks are offered as one-of-a-kind pieces, created by Roberta Heslop and sold through this website.
Each piece may have limited availability and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit the sale of any product or service to any individual, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and may do so on a case-by-case basis.
While every effort is made to display artwork as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee exact colour representation due to variations in screen display.
Returns & Exchanges:
All sales of original artwork are final. However, we offer a one-time exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, if the piece is returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Please contact us in advance to arrange any exchange.
Damage in Transit:
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at roberta@robertaheslop.com with photographic evidence. We will assist in submitting an insurance claim and offer options for repair, replacement, or credit.
Commissions:
All commissioned artworks are final sale. Due to their personal, made-to-order nature, they are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
6. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
We make every effort to display the colours and details of artwork accurately. However, differences in screen resolution may affect how colours appear on your device. If you’d like more clarity before purchasing, please feel free to get in touch.
7. LIMITED AVAILABILITY
Many of the pieces listed are one-off works and may not be restocked. Once sold, originals are no longer available unless by bespoke commission. We reserve the right to limit or cancel sales at our discretion.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, content, and images on this website are the property of Roberta Heslop and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without express written consent.
