This painting was inspired by 'My Muse', an exceptionally beautiful woman, both inside and out, and the amazing material I have from our photo shoot. I am so grateful to have such an inspiring model.
I just love the shape of her beautiful spine and her posture which is relaxed and at ease. I have layered colour with turquoise and sky blue showing through, giving a lovely contrast of light and dark.
