I painted Silent Eloquence on a quiet day when everything felt slow and still. There was something soothing about working in soft greys — they felt grounding, like a gentle pause between breaths. As the layers deepened, hints of teal and blush began to emerge, like emotions surfacing from beneath calm waters.
The figure revealed herself gradually — both strong and tender — her body open, her hands behind her head, lost in her own world of reflection. To me, she holds that moment between surrender and strength; a silent eloquence that speaks through presence rather than words.
